Boba Cucue Charlotte

My experience was very disappointing. I was a frequent customer because I really loved their drinks, so it makes me very sad to have to leave this review. The day I went, the place looked dirty and, while they were preparing my boba, the milk looked cut, which worried me from the beginning. Even so, I trusted because I had always had good experiences. However, it was the only thing I consumed that day and, shortly after drinking the drink, I got a very strong diarrhea. I hope you take this review as an opportunity to review the cleanliness of the establishment, the quality of its ingredients and its preparation processes. It really hurts me to have had this experience in a place that I previously recommended and enjoyed so much.

The place is nice, clean, and has a great atmosphere. The food and drinks are good, but the wait time needs improvement. I ordered a waffle pop, and it took much longer than expected to be prepared. While I understand that fresh items take time, the overall wait felt excessive. With faster order fulfillment, the experience would be much better. Overall, a nice spot, but they need to work on speeding up service.

Super friendly staff—Jess, Tia, and another team member whose name I didn’t catch, but they were all fantastic! There’s a great variety of options and such a fun, upbeat vibe. I especially loved the cups they use—such a nice touch. The claw machines were a huge hit with my kids—they won so many prizes and had an absolute blast. Definitely a fun spot we’ll be coming back to!

This place is soooo cute!! It’s small but it’s so fun. They even have little arcade games and perfect spots for picture ops! If you have a little girl or little dude in your life this is a perfect day date for them!!! The staff is friendly and the prices are not bad at all. We loved our drinks and will return!!

Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved this place! Staff was so sweet. I won a stuffed animal from the claw machine.. I then saw an adorable little girl with her mother and asked the little girl if she wanted my stuffie. She said yes so I gave it to her with a smile, staff then gave us three more tokens for free to let us test our luck again! Boba was so tasty. The atmosphere was so kind and beautiful, we will definitely be returning for another date! (One of the staff members took a photo of us 💗)
